Using High-Throughput Affinity Proteomics to Develop a Proteomic Aging Clock

June 24, 2025
Proteomics Stage
  • This talk will cover the development of a proteomics-based aging clock using plasma protein data from over 50,000 UK Biobank participants.

  • We’ll demonstrate how this data can be used to support risk prediction for age related diseases to improve health outcomes.

  • Finally, we’ll also show how high-throughput proteomics can be used to identify new biomarkers for mental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases e.g. Alzheimer’s.

Speaker(s)
