This talk will cover the development of a proteomics-based aging clock using plasma protein data from over 50,000 UK Biobank participants.  

We’ll demonstrate how this data can be used to support risk prediction for age related diseases to improve health outcomes.  

Finally, we’ll also show how high-throughput proteomics can be used to identify new biomarkers for mental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases e.g. Alzheimer’s.
