This theater will explore the latest methods in how mapping molecular data in its native tissue context reveals new biological insights. It will compare new spatial omics approaches, examine trade-offs in resolution, coverage, accuracy and cost, and present case studies featuring complex diseases, including innovative approaches for integration with single-cell analysis and pathology.
