Adrienne Yanez
Adrienne Yanez is a translational bioinformatics scientist with experience spanning oncology, immunology, and drug discovery. With Excelra, she has contributed to biomarker programs across oncology and autoimmune diseases for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. With expertise in genomics and clinical translation, she has integrated single-cell and spatial RNA sequencing, whole exome sequencing, and immunohistochemistry data from both preclinical models and phase I clinical trials.
She earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from Harvard Medical School and has held roles at the Ragon Institute of MGH, Harvard, and MIT and Oncorus, where she contributed to translational data integration for oncolytic virotherapy programs. Her peer-reviewed work spans HIV immunology, cancer biology, and gene regulation.
