I am a Senior Computational Scientist at the New York Genome Center whose work focuses on the use of spatially resolved -omics data to characterize tissue pathology, with the goal of identifying essential mechanisms for future therapeutic studies.
I have a background in computational biology, attaining a DPhil in Computer Science from Oxford University and a BA in Computer Science from Harvard University, with specific focus on statistical inference and machine learning on large-scale biological datasets.
