Dr. Nazha is an internationally recognized expert in the application of artificial intelligence and digital technologies across healthcare, pharma, and life sciences. He is also a renowned specialist in the treatment of leukemia. His research focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning to translate genomic and complex healthcare data into practical clinical decision tools that enhance patient outcomes.

He currently serves as the Global Head of the AI Innovations Institute at Incyte Pharma and as a staff physician at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Prior to joining Incyte, Dr. Nazha was Global Tech Business Development Manager for AI Healthcare Solutions at Amazon Web Services, where he helped develop innovative solutions using AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and digital technologies to accelerate their adoption in healthcare.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Nazha was Director of the Cleveland Clinic Center for Clinical Artificial Intelligence and Associate Medical Director at Enterprise Analytics. He also served as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Lerner College of Medicine/Case Western Reserve University and as Associate Staff in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Taussig Cancer Institute, Cleveland Clinic.
