Dr. Venner has led high-throughput clinical genomics projects and developed novel clinical diagnostic tests. Currently, he directs clinical informatics at Baylor College of Medicine's Human Genome Center Clinical Lab. He has contributed to NIH-funded initiatives (the All of Us Research Program, CSER Consortium, and eMERGE) as well as specialized tests for Epilepsy, Neurocare, Cardiometabolic, and Pulmonary Fibrosis clinical research studies. His research interests include applying population-scale data to answering questions about human health.
