Director of Target, Disease and Systems Biology Data Science and AI, Sanofi

Franck Rapaport is Director of Target, Disease and Systems Biology Data Science and AI at Sanofi, where he leads a lab applying machine learning to advance therapeutic target science and precision medicine across immunological, inflammatory, and neurological diseases. He brings deep expertise in computational biology, genomics, and high-throughput sequencing, built through roles at Institut Curie, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Rockefeller University.

At MSKCC he led large-scale RNA and DNA sequencing analytics in close partnership with clinicians and wet-lab teams, spanning gene-level and functional interpretation. At Rockefeller, he investigated genetic drivers of susceptibility to infectious disease using WES/WGS and bulk and single-cell RNA-seq. His work spans multi-omics analysis, biomarker discovery, and translational research.
