My bio: Guido Barzaghi is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Division of Precision Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. His research in computational molecular oncology focuses on the genetic and epigenetic drivers of treatment resistance in pediatric leukemia, integrating single-cell chromatin accessibility and 3D genome organization to build multi-modal deep learning models that uncover druggable regulators. During his PhD at EMBL, he developed computational methods for single-molecule genomics to investigate fundamental mechanisms of transcription factor binding and enhancer activity.
