Michael Koldobskiy
Dr. Michael Koldobskiy, MD PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a faculty member of the Center for Epigenetics, and a practicing Pediatric Oncologist and Neuro-oncologist.
He received his BS/MS from Yale University, and MD/PhD from Johns Hopkins, conducting his thesis research with Dr. Sol Snyder. During his Pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellowship research with Dr. Andrew Feinberg, he developed expertise in cancer epigenomics, with a particular interest in epigenetic variability as a driver of cancer evolution and resistance to therapy. His laboratory seeks to leverage an understanding of epigenetic dysregulation in childhood cancer toward the development of new targeted therapies aimed at the epigenome.
