I am a postdoctoral researcher in the laboratory of Dr. Dana Silverbush at the University of Pennsylvania. In the Silverbush lab, I use single-cell sequencing and advanced computational methods to study malignant cell state plasticity and tumor responses to CAR T cell treatment in glioblastoma.
I am also developing AI-based tools to predict the response of tumor cells to immune perturbations, with the goal of improving next-generation immunotherapies. Our efforts have helped guide the design of upcoming CAR T cell clinical trials at the University of Pennsylvania.
