Dr. Nick James is a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Genomic Research Center, where he consults with researchers on designing and implementing experiments using spatial transcriptomic platforms. He earned his undergraduate degree at Boston University and completed his PhD at the University of Rochester, with a focus on skeletal tissue biology, aging, and pathology. Dr. James’s uses his expertise to bridge the gap between leading edge spatial transcriptomic technologies and successfully applying them to technically challenging tissues.
