I am an Assistant Professor and physician scientist in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania. My research interests are in technology development for liquid biopsies, biomarker discovery, biomarker biology, and translational cancer research. I combine experimental and computational approaches to investigate and develop novel technologies for diagnostics, with a special focus on cancer diagnostics. I previously completed postdoctoral training at the Broad Institute Gerstner Center for Cancer Diagnostics and the Koch Institute at MIT. I received my MD from Harvard Medical School and completed residency training in the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program.
