Shuwei Li
Dr. Shuwei Li is the Director of Population Analytics & Insights (PAI) team within the DPDS, Data Science & Digital Health organization, Johnson & Johnson. With strong internal/external collaborations, Dr. Shuwei and her team integrate multi-omics data from biobanks, disease cohorts, preclinical models and trials to accelerate discovery and support clinical development across therapeutic areas. They have established robust omics foundations with rich real-world data, scalable pipelines and AI-powered disease biology platform. Their end-to-end, tailored solutions have uncovered novel insights across studies and informed critical program decisions.
Before joining J&J, Dr. Shuwei was at Ambry Genetics, where she led a team to develop analytical models/tools to quantify genetic and clinical contributors to disease, assess variant pathogenicity, and predict patient risk.
