Dr. Fisch is a Senior Distinguished Scientist at Sanofi, where she leads forward-looking R&D initiatives in cardio immunology, shaping portfolio strategy across inflammatory diseases. Leading from within the Immunoscience Frontiers group she is engaged in integration of next-generation AI enabled science, precision medicine, research and translational strategy to accelerate breakthrough therapies for patients with significant unmet need.

Previously, as Director of Precision Medicine at Pfizer, she led biomarker and clinical development efforts, embedding data-driven and innovative strategies for patient stratification. Earlier in her career at Harvard’s Mass General Brigham Research Division within Internal Medicine, and at the Broad Institute within Chemical Biology, she built assays, platforms and pipelines from high-throughput, preclinical and translational end, moving molecules from discovery into the clinic.

Bridging academia, biotechnology, and global pharmaceutical leadership, Dr. Fisch brings an enterprise-wide perspective on innovation—from target identification to commercialization. Her experience across corporate strategy, venture engagement, and intellectual property uniquely positions her to moderate high-level conversations at the intersection of science, medicine, and business, with a focus on shaping the future of therapeutic development.
