Seamus leads the medical team at Genomics, bringing together his extensive clinical experience as a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon and formal training in genetic epidemiology. He joined Genomics in 2022, following seven years as a consultant surgeon at Addenbrooke's Hospital and a senior fellowship at the University of Cambridge. At Genomics, he drives the company’s translational efforts, focusing on the use of genetic risk data to improve the estimation of risk for common, complex diseases.
