Adam is the host of Radio 4’s flagship culture programme Start The Week. He’s also a prolific author, including of the Sunday Times Bestseller, “How To Argue With A Racist”, plus a scientific consultant on movies and TV shows including Ex Machina, World War Z and Annihilation. Of course, Adam is also a geneticist, a lecturer in biology and society at UCL, where he teaches about eugenics, race science, genetics and science communication, and a previous winner of the Royal Society David Attenborough Award.
