Martin Enge
Assistant Professor
Karolinska Institute

Martin Enge is a scientist with interests in understanding the molecular causes of cancer progression and treatment response in patients. Martin has a multidisciplinary background in computational and high throughput experimental biology from the Karolinska Institute and from Stephen Quakes group at Stanford bioengineering. His research group has developed single-cell multiomics methods to study the transcriptional effects of genetic alterations and physical interaction between cells in patient tissue. Current work includes efforts to analyze patients using single-cell multiomics methods at scale, as well as applying these methods to disease monitoring and diagnosis.
