Geraldine leads the Community team at Seqera in its mission to engage and nurture the Nextflow community. She previously spent 10+ years at the Broad Institute managing outreach and communications for the Broad’s genomic analysis and pipelining software, including GATK, and coauthored the book “Genomics in the Cloud” (O’Reilly, 2020). She holds a PhD in bacterial genetics from UC Louvain in her home country of Belgium.
