Dr Georgia Tsagkogeorga is a Principal Scientist in Bioinformatics at STORM Therapeutics Ltd and at the Milner Therapeutics Institute of the University of Cambridge. She currently works in the fields of RNA modification and drug discovery, with a focus on RNA modifying enzymes as a novel class of therapeutic targets in oncology and other disease areas. Georgia has an academic background in phylogenomics and evolutionary genomics, with over 10 years of experience in computational analysis of multi-modal “omics” data, including genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics data sets from a wide variety of animal model systems (chordates, mammals, human).
