Nicola has been Head of the Cancer Genetics Team at Guy’s Hospital since June 2021 and prior to that she was the Operational Lead for the service. The Cancer Genetics team is one of the Synnovis Genetics laboratories which together form the genomics hub for the SEGLH network. She has worked in NHS genetic diagnostics for her whole career, the majority of this time has been spent working in the field of cancer genetics with substantial experience of cytogenetics, adult solid tumour analysis and AML MRD. She has also held senior positions at Bart’s Health NHS Trust and Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust.
