I am a Senior Research Fellow in Health Data Science at the Denaxas Lab in the Institute of Health Informatics at University College London. My research focuses on the systematic study of human disease in electronic health records using a variety of methods from data science and epidemiology. I have experience working with linked EHR in the Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD), UK Biobank and national data sources in collaboration with the BHF Data Science Centre and the CVD-COVID-UK / COVID-IMPACT consortium.
