Deb Lancaster
After a 30+ year career in the pharma industry, most recently 13 years on the country leadership teams of Roche and Novartis as Market Access and Government Affairs Director, Deb joined Genomics England in 2021, and her current role is to work with our academic, Pharma and biotech partners to maximise use of, and translational benefit of the Genomics England datasets.
She has three teams within her remit – the Research Management Team who look after the Research Network, Partnership Development Team who manage our pharma partners, and the Bioinformatics Consulting Team who deliver expert paid-for consulting work for our pharma partners.
Career highlights include launching Herceptin in the UK, and gaining the first NHS reimbursement for a CAR-T product in the
