Adam Cribbs

Co-Founder & CTO, Entelo Bio

Adam Cribbs is co-founder and CTO of Entelo Bio and Group Leader at the University of Oxford. His work sits at the intersection of deep learning, transcriptomics, and mechanistic modelling, with a focus on decoding the molecular basis of human resilience and muscle biology.

At Entelo Bio, he oversees the full ML and computational stack, spanning foundation models for muscle biology (MyoCell and MyoTissue), target discovery, compound screening, and translational data integration, with the aim of identifying and validating novel drug targets in muscle wasting disease. His academic research spans gene regulatory networks, single-cell genomics, and quantitative models of cellular regulation in health and disease.
