Colette is the Lead Nurse for Genomics for Cancer and Rare Diseases at NHS England, where she leads the embedding of genomics in routine nursing practice in the NHS in England, covering all practice settings (ie. community, primary care, prisons, armed forces, mental health etc).
Prior to this, Colette was the national programme of care manager/commissioner for specialised cancer services in specialised commissioning in NHS England.
Colette also worked as national lead for maternity pricing as the pricing manager was lead in England. She has also been a population health manager at Public Health England, where she commissioned, and performance monitored Antenatal and Newborn Screening programmes.
