Our Future Health
Fiona joined Our Future Health in October 2021 and serves as Executive Director of Ethics, Compliance & Governance. She leads the organisation’s strategic approach to ethical oversight, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.
Prior to this, Fiona headed the ethics function at Genomics England, where she played a pivotal role in the 100,000 Genomes Project and the NHS Genomic Medicine Service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she provided ethical guidance to national initiatives including NHS Test and Trace and NHSX.
Fiona holds postgraduate degrees in neuroscience from Trinity College Dublin and brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work at the intersection of science, policy, and public trust.
