Elisabetta Leo is a multidisciplinary cancer biologist, drug discoverer, and translational researcher. As a team and project senior director, she combines research and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to generate novel hypotheses, leading to the identification of multiple therapeutic targets across several cancer indications. She has experience leading all aspects of the drug discovery process, from early discovery and development through to drug launch.

She specialises in developing therapeutic hypotheses to inform translational plans and patient stratification strategy, with a particular focus on expanding the therapeutic potential of drugs by enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity. She is passionate about connecting investigators with different expertise and delivering on project milestones.
