Federica Eduati is Associate Professor in Systems Biology for Oncology at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). She holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Padova and conducted postdoctoral research at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), and RWTH Aachen University before joining TU/e. 

Her research addresses the challenge of translating increasingly complex biomedical datasets into mechanistic understanding and predictive models. She develops interpretable models that integrate biological knowledge with multi-omics, spatial and perturbation data to uncover the molecular and cellular mechanisms driving cancer behaviour and treatment response, with the long-term goal of enabling personalized approaches to cancer therapy.
