Manik Garg is interested in discovering prognostic biomarkers for early patient identification.
She uses machine learning and statistical tools to integrate and analyze large-scale health datasets. Currently, she works at the Centre for Genomics Research at AstraZeneca UK, where her primary goal is to scale patient stratification at a phenome-wide level using biobank data.
Previously, she earned her PhD in functional genomics from EMBL-EBI and the University of Cambridge.
