George Hudson
George is an AHCS-registered Clinical Research Practitioner in Cardiovascular Disease at the NIHR Leicester Biomedical Research Centre, where he also leads the NIHR Leicester BioResource Centre - overseeing day-to-day operations and participant recruitment for the Improving Black Health Outcomes (IBHO) BioResource and DNA, Children + Young People’s Health Resource (D-CYPHR), and is actively involved in Public and Patient Involvement and Engagement across both centres.
Prior to his work in clinical research delivery, George studied Politics and International Relations (BA, Leicester) and Politics and Contemporary History (MA, Nottingham) and was recently awarded an NIHR Research Internship to further develop his experience in support of a future PhD application.
