Georgios (Giorgos) Baskozos is a bioinformatician, associate professor in NDCN, University of Oxford. His work focuses on multi-omics and predictive modelling to understand the complex interplay of pathophysiological factors that drive neuropathic pain.

He leads a bioinformatics group within NDCN that has developed pipelines for *omics analysis of the peripheral nervous system in normal and perturbed states in humans, rodents and im-vitro models; and big data analytics and Machine Learning applications in painful and painless neuropathies using large heterogenous datasets and population-based cohorts.
