Joachim De Jonghe is a Senior Scientist at Relation Therapeutics, where he develops novel methodologies to power target identification. His work focuses on advancing single-cell sequencing and genome editing technologies to map the functional impact of genetic variation at scale. Previously, he pioneered single-cell approaches including VASA-seq, and performed the first saturation genome editing screen of a non-coding gene, enabling accurate patient stratification.
