Lachlan is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Exeter with expertise in analysing genomic and epigenomic data. He completed his PhD on Alzheimer’s disease, focusing on neuroinflammation and immunotherapies through integrated genotyping and methylation approaches.
Lachlan now works as a Research Fellow on the CycleTrack project, which aims to enhance the major women’s health cohorts, Born in Bradford (BiB) and Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children (ALSPAC). His research integrates longitudinal health data, genetics and epigenetics, and questionnaires to advance understanding of menstrual health, particularly heavy menstrual bleeding.
