Majd Saleh
Majd SALEH is a Senior Data Scientist at Servier Institute of Therapeutic Innovation in Paris-Saclay, specializing in the intersection of artificial intelligence and therapeutic discovery. He holds a Ph.D. in Signal Processing. His expertise spans deep learning, multi-domain language modeling —including genomic, transcriptomic, chemical, and natural languages — as well as numerical optimization and applied mathematics.
Previously, Majd worked as a Lead Data Scientist and Project Manager at the Institute of Research and Technology b-com in Cesson-Sévigné, France, where he developed advanced deep-learning algorithms for natural language processing and physiological time series analysis. Prior to that, during his postdoctoral fellowship at the LTSI laboratory at Rennes University, he designed innovative machine learning models tailored to geriatric medicine. Beyond his research and development roles, he is an experienced educator who has trained international corporate teams on both the theoretical and practical applications of Transformer neural networks and language modeling. To date, he has authored over 25 research papers.
