Consultant Cellular and Molecular Pathologist , University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation 

I am a Consultant Cellular Pathologist based in Birmingham and the Black Country, specialising in biomarker, thoracic and gynaecological pathology. I am also Pathology Lead for Central and South GLH, Pathology Lead for the Cancer Genomics Improvement Programme, Lead for the Genomics-Pathology Alignment Working Group and Deputy Chair of the Genomic Test Evaluation Working Group.

I work extensively in delivering biomarker education to the pathology community, and also with industry in rolling out new biomarker testing and improving access to existing biomarker testing – particularly immunohistochemical.
