Mike Day is a seasoned commercial leader with more than a decade of experience advancing genomics technologies across Europe. As District Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Iceland at Parse Biosciences, he drives the adoption of instrument-free, scalable single cell solutions that empower researchers to make breakthrough discoveries. Mike leads a high-performing regional team, earning President’s Club recognition in both 2022 and 2023 for his results and leadership.
Before joining Parse, Mike held key commercial and applications roles at 10x Genomics and Illumina, supporting leading academic, translational, and clinical research organizations including the Sanger Institute. His background spans field applications, technical solution development, and complex sales across global customer bases.
Known for his collaborative approach and passion for developing teams, Mike is committed to helping scientists accelerate progress in human health and disease research. He holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Leeds.
