Dr. Mohammed Uddin completed his education on Canada’s East Coast and pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in neurodevelopmental genetics at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He is currently the Director of the Center for Applied and Translational Genomics at Dubai Health and the founder of GenomeArc Inc, a biotech in Mississauga. His laboratory focuses on brain-related conditions—including neurodevelopmental disorders, glioblastoma, and human intelligence traits—and integrates genomics, single-cell transcriptomics, artificial intelligence (AI), and quantum computing to uncover disease mechanisms and accelerate the development of targeted therapeutics.
