Rachel Palmer

Consultant Pharmacist Genomic Medicine, NHS South West Genomic Medicine Service
Rachel is a Consultant Pharmacist for Genomic Medicine at the NHS South West Genomic Medicine Service and the chair of the UKCPA Genomics Committee. She is passionate about using genomics to optimise medicines for patients.  Rachel's interest in genomics started in her previous role as an Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products Lead Pharmacist and spurred her on to complete an MSc in Genomic Medicine. She is a member of the Pan UK Pharmacy Working Group for ATMPs and continues to work clinically in CAR T cell and bone marrow transplant services.
