Sophie Kellaway

Dr Sophie Kellaway received her PhD from the University of Manchester in 2016, investigating stem cells from patients with congenital hyperinsulinism as a model system. Following this, she moved to the University of Birmingham for postdoctoral training in the lab of Professor Constanze Bonifer, where she studied the gene regulatory networks driving acute myeloid leukaemia. She joined the University of Nottingham as Assistant Professor in Cancer Sciences in October 2023, where her lab applies wet lab and computational methods to investigate leukaemia relapse. She is a John Goldman Fellow and MRC New Investigator.
