James is a genetic statistician with over 10 years of experience in drug discovery across the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Since 2019, he has worked at UCB Pharma, where he currently serves as Director of Computational Genetics. In this role, he leads the computational genetics strategy, oversees a team of data scientists, and builds platforms that support genetic analysis across multiple therapeutic areas
