As an Associate Director, I provide end-to-end translational support across drug development, spanning reverse translation through to late-stage clinical strategy. Working within a highly matrixed environment, I focus on three core pillars: securing the right biological samples, applying fit-for-purpose technologies, and leveraging best-in-class analytics to enable confident, data-driven decision-making. 

With over 14 years of experience in translational immunology, biomarkers, multi-omics, and data science across academia and industry, I bring deep immunology expertise across inflammation and immunological diseases, which is critical for effectively leveraging advanced technologies and analytical methods. I am passionate about integrating cutting-edge tools with scientific insight to drive innovation through a patient-first, insight-driven approach to translational research and clinical development.
