Sequencing

Translating the advances in sequencing, policy and big data for transformative change in the research and diagnostic landscape

Innovations in sequencing are right at the core of progress in genomics, and the Festival is packed with sequencing talks and related activities, with sessions on long-reads, new short read technologiesNanopore sequencing, RNA sequencing as well as navigating all the innovative technologies on the market.

There are also talks on newborn sequencing in The Live Lounge Stage, whole genome sequencing talks on the Cancer Omics Stage, and you can learn more about integrating these different datasets on The Multi-Omics Stage.

The sequencing sessions will:

  • Help you utilise and optimise sequencing technologies.
  • Explore WGS for cancer care.
  • Dissect use cases of long-read and Nanopore Sequencing.
  • Combining complementary technologies in complex samples.

The Exhibition Floor features many companies with innovative sequencing solutions, so be sure to visit them when you get a moment.
